Just realised it’s been more than 1 year since a post. Things have changed so dramatically, not just in locally but the entire world as well. Life has been tough and is going to be tough while everyone is trying to get used to the new norm. But people have toughed through adversities throughout known history and will get through this one again.

Was at this place for the Nth time since it opened but still managed to capture different things about the place. Had a chance to catch the vortex fountain performance which was really amazing although was splashed with water. Was taking a video but decided to take some stills and I think it’s much better.
Sometimes, it’s better to stop a while and enjoy the moment rather than just keep moving aimlessly. Just a realisation.
Managed to visit this new iconic building in Singapore that was recently opened. This building, situated next to the airport is meant to push up Tourism and get visitors as well as locals to spend. Unlike other most other countries, Singapore Changi Airport is build more to resemble a huge shopping centre than an airport. Weekends means trips to the airport with a huge space to roam about in cramped Singapore. At 1.3billion
dollars, it shows how much the airport authorities are willing to pay and how confident they are. With another terminal coming up and another dedicated mass rapid transport, things are sure to get better with years to come. Have you been there yet?
Just visited this newly opened park in the west of Singapore. It is really amazing work landscape architects and landscapers have done to this place. It brings it totally new class of nature into this huge expanse. Super huge crowds as usual when something new opens in Singapore. But with the correct angle I suppose it’s possible to capture an amazing shot. 😁
Every beginning of the year, everyone will make resolutions and then review them at the end of year. I tried to do this 10 years ago but I just gave up and everything seems to repeat itself. Nothing has changed much in the last 10 years. In fact, it seems like it has been getting harder to get by as each year progresses. Maybe it’s all about the economy, political unrest and natural disasters that everyone has been talking about. But I think it’s still all in the mind. If you don’t work hard then nothing will come to you. I suppose I have not worked hard enough. People also say that the kind will be rewarded. I don’t think I have done any misdeeds but I suppose that I have not been kind enough. Another year and I am still looking for the light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe I am not looking hard enough. Sigh…
Went through a series of events which left me quite confused and stressed this week. Was presented with 2 business opportunities to join as partners at two different startups. Wondering if I should take it cos I’m not sure of I’m up to it and if I can handle it. Really going into the most uncomfortable zone. Decided to this weekend to ponder over it. Not sure if how other will handle this situation. Opportunities are not easy to come by startups are very challenging if you’re really just starting up. Still have not come to a concrete decision but just taking this time to chill at one of my favourite old time cafe. How’s your week been like?
Was out for lunch on a very hot Sunday and saw this clear blue sky. Not a common sight in sunny Singapore where humidity is generally pretty high. Chases away the blues that was awaiting on Monday. Happy I got through the Monday well. Now just for the rest of the week. Have a great week everyone.
Finally got a chance to finally sit down and chill over a slow and relaxing weekend. It isy first time trying out this cafe chain and this brace in the middle of the CBD is really very chill on a weekend. The food is OK but the coffee was quite good. Definitely a good place to chill if you’re alone. Have a great weekend everyone.
Going through another rough patch these past 2 weeks. Decided to just sit down and relax for a small while before going back to reality again. First time trying dessert from this place and looks quite good. Hopefully the taste will be the same as well.

Went for a great place for brunch over the weekend. Was a chance finding as I was not sure where to go. Was just taking a stroll around the cove and browsing through the line of restaurants to see which pique my interest. The name of the restaurant was quite unique and the place looks quite nice and refreshing. So decided to give it a try. The price was not the plus point but the quality of the food was. The big breakfast was really good and the salad was fresh as well. The uniqueness of the salad sounded a bit weird but tasted really good. Definitely worth a try.
